Before clicking anything on this page, be sure to call 901-592-7728 and speak with a tech about your problem. We will make a determination as to the effectiveness of a remote session. All remote sessions are Pre-paid via paypal, with a half-hour minimum @ $60/hr, then billed in 15 minute increments after that.

1/2 hour of remote support with a live American tech  @ $30 Flat Rate
(each subsequent 15 minute block will be billed incrementally)
 

After speaking with a tech and ensuring that we can assist you, follow the instructions below:

To Download the remote control server please click here .

Select SAVE, then pick a place you'll be able to find later to run the install.
 

Now Find the file, and open/run it. Next should come:



and Then:

Click Next, then:

Accept the agreement, then Click Next.

Click and wait while the install proceedes.

When the setup completes the screen below will appear, Click Finish.

Once finished the system should pop up the following app.

Click SKIP in the bottom R corner, Then you will see:

 

Click SHARE, then Type in your name., and call us with the access code and prepare to be helped!
